{"id":857,"date":"2024-04-23T16:27:01","date_gmt":"2024-04-23T16:27:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sedem.org\/?p=857"},"modified":"2024-07-03T05:35:30","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T05:35:30","slug":"practicumscripten_medicalteacher","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sedem.org\/index.php\/2024\/04\/23\/practicumscripten_medicalteacher\/","title":{"rendered":"Medical Teacher respalda la utilidad del simulador de razonamiento cl\u00ednico Practicum Script en el grado de Medicina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Acaba de publicarse en Medical Teacher, una de las revistas de educaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica m\u00e1s prestigiosas del mundo, el art\u00edculo \"Reliability, validity and acceptability of an online clinical reasoning simulator for medical students: An international pilot\", que da cuenta de la utilidad demostrada de Practicum Script en el grado de Medicina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un estudio multic\u00e9ntrico internacional en el que participaron casi 2.500 estudiantes de 21 facultades de medicina de EE.UU. Europa y Am\u00e9rica Latina, entre ellas algunas espa\u00f1olas como la Universidad de Zaragoza, la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Murcia o la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. El protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n fue auditado por el European Board of Medical Assessors y la aprobaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica la otorg\u00f3 el Imperial College London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa de entrenamiento y evaluaci\u00f3n del razonamiento cl\u00ednico Practicum Script ha probado s\u00f3lidas propiedades psicom\u00e9tricas en t\u00e9rminos de validez, confiabilidad y eficacia en el desarrollo y la discriminaci\u00f3n de las habilidades de razonamiento cl\u00ednico de los estudiantes, adem\u00e1s de una alta aceptabilidad entre alumnos y docentes.
