{"id":1989,"date":"2025-07-02T05:45:26","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T05:45:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sedem.org\/?p=1989"},"modified":"2025-07-02T05:45:27","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T05:45:27","slug":"clima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sedem.org\/index.php\/2025\/07\/02\/clima\/","title":{"rendered":"Clima Acad\u00e9mico en Facultades de Medicina espa\u00f1olas."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del XVIII Encuentro Educaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica 2025 se present\u00f3 un v\u00eddeo resumen de los art\u00edculos de Montse Esquerda y colaboradores sobre el Clima Acad\u00e9mico en las Facultades de Medicina espa\u00f1olas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los art\u00edculos examinan la\u00a0<strong>relaci\u00f3n entre el clima acad\u00e9mico y el bienestar de los estudiantes<\/strong>\u00a0en las facultades de medicina espa\u00f1olas, bas\u00e1ndose en un amplio estudio nacional. Se destaca que un\u00a0<strong>entorno educativo deficiente se correlaciona con mayores niveles de agotamiento (burnout) y s\u00edntomas psicopatol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>\u00a0como depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad entre los estudiantes. Los hallazgos revelan que esta percepci\u00f3n negativa es m\u00e1s pronunciada en\u00a0<strong>mujeres, estudiantes de cursos cl\u00ednicos y aquellos en instituciones p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, en comparaci\u00f3n con las privadas.
